Not the best experience. Having been quoted a price over the phone when booking the service it came as a surprise when it was different on arrival. The local dealer was also considerably more than the Volvo dealer I purchased the car from who had called to remind me of the service. You would have thought fixed price servicing was the norm these days.
I was also very surprised that a charge was added for the “courtesy” car, no mention of this when booking. Never known this in 20 years of company cars etc. Eventually this was taken off. Overall a very nice new showroom, but practices out of the old days that makes people avoid the “local dealership”.

Went in at 5.30 on a Friday to look at a V90. Sales rep told me where the car was then nobody had any interest in me as a potential customer, and the showroom was empty! Went next door to Audi and purchased an A6 Avant. Sorry guys!

Excellent service - phoned with a problem reported by Kwik Fit which they were unable to fix - car was up on the ramp to find the fault within minutes - a broken anti roll bar fixing which they have ordered in for me.
